Questions
Asked before you ask.
Can I take only one part, say the website, without the app?
Yes. Every part is priced on its own. The combos are the common bundles, not the only way to buy.
What happens if I stop paying a monthly plan?
After a grace period the site or app goes offline. What you paid is not refunded, and nothing more is charged. Pay the balance later and it comes back.
Why does paying monthly cost about a fifth more?
It is the one rule on this page: the monthly total is the one-time price plus 20%, and the total is printed next to every monthly figure. There is no other charge.
Do I own the website and the app?
Yes, after the last instalment, or at once when you pay once. The dynamic parts (live plans, Subscribe, CRM enquiries, legal pages) run on the platform, so they work while you are an OptumFlex RA.
Which website slab should I pick?
Starter if you need a presence this week. Essential if the site should sell your plans. Business when you have more to say than one page holds. Professional when you want to change every section yourself. Signature when the design itself should set you apart.
Is the Android app on Google Play?
Yes. Your app is published on your own Google Play listing, under your name and icon. The first OptumFlex RA apps are already live there.
What does Growth managed actually cost?
No setup fee and no monthly fee. We take 15% of the first payment of each client Growth brings you and 2% of their renewals, for as long as you stay on it. Messages and creatives are billed at the published per-unit rates, and Meta Ads spend is paid by you to Meta.
Are the websites accessible, and ready for an audit?
Yes. Every slab is built to WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, levels A and AA, and checked with an automated audit at desktop and phone widths before it goes live. For your first accessibility audit we prepare the audit file, sit with you through the audit and handle the re-test.
Who writes the compliance pages?
The platform publishes the standard SEBI pages with your registration details filled in; you review and approve them. Your own text is checked for the words SEBI bars before it goes live.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Every price here is before GST; GST at the current rate is added on the invoice, and the builder on this page shows both figures.
Can I upgrade a slab later?
Yes. You pay the difference between the two slabs' one-time prices, or your monthly figure moves to the higher slab for the remaining months.
