Cancellation & Refund Policy

OptumFlex Solutions Private Limited provides cloud infrastructure and software for broker-integration and auto-execution of research recommendations. This policy governs cancellations and refunds of subscription payments made to OptumFlex, and is designed to be fair to both sides.

This page reproduces Section 6 of our Subscription Terms & Conditions (Version TNC-1.0), which you accept at checkout. In case of any conflict, the version of the Terms & Conditions accepted by you at the time of payment shall govern.
1. Non-Refundable Amount — ₹500 (flat, in all cases)
₹500 is non-refundable

A flat amount of ₹500 from every subscription payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This covers:

  • One-time cloud server setup and provisioning cost;
  • Technical configuration, IP reservation, and deployment effort;
  • Payment gateway processing and transaction fees.

This ₹500 is consumed at the time of server setup and cannot be recovered even if the subscription is cancelled immediately after payment.

2. Refundable Amount (prorated on unused days)

The remaining balance (total paid minus ₹500) may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated on the unused portion of the subscription term:

Refundable Amount = (Remaining unused days / Total subscription days) × (Amount paid − ₹500)
Example: You paid ₹2,500 for a 30-day plan, used 10 days, then request cancellation. Refund = (20 / 30) × (2,500 − 500) = ₹1,333 (approx.).

4. Technical Failure Refunds

If the OptumFlex platform is non-functional for more than 48 continuous hours due to our technical fault (and not a broker-side or RA-side issue), a service credit equivalent to the downtime period will be issued.

5. How to Request a Refund

You can initiate an eligible refund directly from your account under Subscriptions → Transactions, or by writing to contact@optumflex.in from your registered email with your order reference. On a successful refund, a GST credit note is issued against the original tax invoice and emailed to you for your records.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion; if unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India. To escalate, write to contact@optumflex.in and our team will respond within 5 business days.
